OUR HOURLY RATE IS DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT OF HOURS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BOOK AND/OR THE HIGH DEMAND SEASONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
WE HAVE PACKAGES FOR BOTH ARTISTS TOGETHER AND SEPARATE ONES AS WELL.
FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES WITH ELABORATE TWISTING AND/OR FACE PAINTING WE COVER APPROX. 12-15 CHILDREN PER HOUR ( ABOUT 20-22 IN AN HOUR 30 MINUTES )
WE ALSO OFFER FOR LARGE EVENTS ONLY (50+) , TWISTING AND FACE PAINTING OPTIONS WITH MORE SIMPLE DESIGNS IN ORDER TO COVER 18-20 CHILDREN PER HOUR. THE RATE DOESN’T CHANGE WHETHER IT’S MORE OR LESS CHILDREN.

BALLOON DECOR
FOR BALLOON DECORATIONS OUR BASIC ARCH 1-3 COLORS STARTS AT $250 , AND EVERY TIME YOU ADD ANOTHER BALLOON SCULPTURE OR DESIGN WE OFFER EACH ITEM AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. WE CANNOT GIVE DISCOUNTS ON 1 SINGLE ITEM, IT HAS TO BE 2 OR MORE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU JUST WANT 2X BASIC COLUMNS THE PRICE IS ANYWHERE BETWEEN $150-185, BUT IF YOU GET AN ARCH ( $250 ) WITH THE COLUMNS , THEN INSTEAD OF CHARGING $150-185 FOR 2X COLUMNS WE WOULD LOWER THAT PRICE TO MAKE IT INTO A PACKAGE PRICE.
Delivery fees are determined by location, and size of order.
Pickup/cleanup fees are only applied if we have to go back and pickup stands from a structure , if your decoration doesn't require a structure we don’t need to go back.
BOOKING PROCESS
FOR ALL BALLOON TWISTING & FACE PAINTING EVENTS WE ONLY TAKE FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT FOR RESERVATION. ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED WHAT YOU WANT FOR BALLOON DECOR, THE BOOKING AND RESERVATION IS MADE WITH 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT, UNLESS YOUR EVENT IS CONSIDERED A “LAST MINUTE EVENT” WE ONLY ACCEPT FULL PAYMENT TO RESERVE. WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS PAID, THE OTHER 50% WILL BE DUE 48-24 HOURS BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT. THE PAYMENT IS COLLECTED BEFORE THE EVENT TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR OUR CLIENTS AND US.

WITH THIS INFORMATION WE WILL SEND YOU 2 EMAILS. THE FIRST EMAIL WILL BE THE INVOICE AGREEMENT AND THE SECOND EMAIL WILL BE THE PAYMENT LINK FOR BOOKING. YOU CAN USE ANY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD TO PAY.
THERE IS A 3.5% CARD PROCESSING FEE, SO IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THAT FEE YOU CAN EITHER DEPOSIT TO OUR BANK DIRECTLY OR MAIL US A CHECK IF YOUR EVENT IS AT LEAST WITHIN A MONTH IN ADVANCED. WE DON’T ACCEPT CHECKS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT WHEN WE FINISH INSTALLATION SO IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THE CARD FEE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY IN CASH OR WHEN YOU SEND THE CHECK , SEND IT WITH FULL PAYMENT INSTEAD OF THE 50%.
WE ALSO HAVE OTHER OPTIONS LIKE VENMO, CASHAPP AND ZELLE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THE CARD PROCESSING FEE.
OUR POLICY
Once an event is reserved there is no refund if canceled. You can use your credit for any future event or for a post-poned date. After the booking is paid, the time of the event cannot be changed unless there is room for a courtesy change in our calendar, otherwise we are not subject to change anything. If the event is canceled, there is no refund under any circumstance, this includes natural disasters , pandemics, or any other reason. But We offer full credit.
